Shipping & Returns (Domestic)

Our goal is to ship your order in a timely manner. Shipping time for in-stock orders range from 1-4 days.  You will be notified by email/phone if there is an expected shipment delay beyond 14 days from the time we receive your order.

Damaged in Transit

In the event your package arrives damaged in transit you must contact us by phone or through email  within 3 days of receiving the order.  You will be required to retain the box and all its contents for up to 14 days in the event the shipper requires an inspection for credit for the damaged goods to be allowed.  We will either issue a refund or replace the items at your option including any shipping charges that apply.

Defective Merchandise

We take every step to maintain high quality merchandise, however if you receive a defective item or if there has been a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund your money including any applicable shipping charges that apply to the item returned. 

Please contact us via email at hello@theprmitivehousefarm.com for return authorization within 10 business days of receiving your order to receive a refund.

All Other Returns

Primitive House Farm wants you to be satisfied with all items purchased from us.  If you decide there is a product that is not as you expected, you may return the item(s) to us and we will refund the total amount of the item(s) less shipping cost. Please contact us via email at hello@theprmitivehousefarm.com for return authorization within 10 business days of receiving your order to receive refund.

 

Shipping & Returns (International)

Please reach out to our team via email at hello@theprmitivehousefarm.com before placing an international order. Due to the massive amount of fraud, we require that international orders be placed online and follow the same ordering instructions as domestic orders.

International shipping can be expensive and are generally higher than the rates that are automatically added to your shopping cart.  We will contact you to discuss the best options based on your criteria. PAYPAL orders will have the additional shipping charges billed separately from your initial order processing.  

All international orders are final - no returns will be accepted. Only credits for goods damaged in transit will be allowed.
